Abstract
The invention discloses a tin-lead mixed perovskite solar cell based on modification of 4-hydroxyphenethyl ammonium halide salt and a preparation method of the tin-lead mixed perovskite solar cell. The perovskite solar cell comprises transparent conductive glass, a hole transport layer, a modification layer, a perovskite light absorption layer, an electron transport layer and a metal electrode. The hole transport layer uses nickel oxide nanoparticles with uniform size and good dispersibility, and the modification layer uses an isopropanol solution of a phenol halide ammonium salt. The modification method comprises the following steps: spin-coating a NiOX hole transport layer on a clean ITO glass substrate; spin-coating a modification layer on the hole transport layer; and finally spin-coating the tin-lead mixed perovskite thin film. The prepared perovskite thin film has the advantages of being smoother, small in defect density, fast in carrier transport and the like, a low-band-gap solar cell with excellent photoelectric conversion efficiency and operation stability is prepared, and a good foundation is laid for series solar cells.
